This is one of the best car washes I’ve been to. The people there are so kind; I’m always super happy to go there. I recommend it 100%.

I do like this location, but I almost left because of the issues with the member lane. It was down for so long and it took forever to go through the other lane some days. Seems it would work for a week and then it be down for like a month. In your location on Silver nail is just too far. There are times as well where the vacuums are not working and you don’t always have glass cleaner. Other than that, I enjoy the membership.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH!! I went to the Sunset Dr Waukesha location on Monday 6/22 for the 3rd and final time. The wash caused significant paint damage to my driver's side of my 2025 Camry XSE. In one spot on the driver's door I felt something hit hard and the paint is chipped to the primer. There is a huge scratch behind it and another scuff down the rear drivers side. The previous visit the wash flipped my side mirrors back and forth numerous times, I thought they were going to break off. I am beyond disappointed and extremely saddened by the damage to my brand new car. Absolutely devastated. Something needs to be checked at this location, that should never happen - especially to a sedan, I can't imagine what would happen to a larger vehicle! By far the worst wash experience in the area.

The lady kept trying to offer us a membership even after being politely told no repeatedly. The instructions of the car wash were extremely unclear, with regards to how to work it as a new customer. I have anxiety so this was not helpful, from my perspective it felt like you had no control of the car and the wash in general felt like the car was being attacked. Car did come out clean, could've had a rainbow option. The price was reasonable but not for the service it gave.

I went to this car wash today and had a very frustrating experience. When we arrived, one lane was closed and the other was open. There were about five cars there, so we weren’t the only ones. The scanner recognized my license plate since I’m a member and let me in. However, once inside, there was a cone blocking the lane to enter the wash. Other cars were also leaving because of this, so we decided to go to another location. I then drove 12 minutes to the Arcadian Avenue location, where they told me I couldn’t enter because I was “rewashing” my car—even though it was clearly dirty. They called the first location and claimed everything was working and that we “just didn’t have patience.” That’s not true. No one came out to explain anything or asked us to wait. Employees stayed inside while cars piled up, with zero communication. If someone had simply told us to wait five minutes, we would have stayed. Very poor customer service. And on top of that, I still had to pay for a wash even though I’m a member
